As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be working closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to plan and implement the client's compensation policies, programmes and procedures. You will be designing the company's compensation and benefit strategies and policies and ensure they are aligned with the business needs.

As the successful applicant to this position, you will be conducting a wide variety of C&B projects. You will be a key resource on the project team; collecting and collating data before preparing and delivering presentations of that data showing both your mastery of C&B and of your commercial presentation skills.

As the C&B Specialist, your main duties will be to provide C&B solutions across the Asia region and manage its C&B strategies. This role has a strong focus on tax compliance and other tax-related issues.
