As an Office Administrator in a small set-up, you will be solely in charge of all administrative matters for the company. Reporting to the Managing Director who travels very frequently, you will need to be very independent as there will be times where you will need to work alone in the Singapore Office. In addition to office administration, you will be providing secretarial support to the MD.
