- To provide administrative and secretarial support for the legal team
- Filing and documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Positive learning attitude
- IT Savvy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Team player
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to read, write and proof-read documents in Chinese
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Immediately available candidates preferred
- Candidates who have exposure in legal administration will be considered
