- Booking of flights and rooms
- Admin support to MD and Sales director
- Office maintenance
- Prepare sales report and support sales team with admin duties
- Simple sales analysis
- Monthly claims for MD and Director
- Safe keeping and achieving of documents
The Successful Applicant
-Minimum 3 years relevant experience, experience supporting executive/senior management
-Knowledge of ERP / GPS system is an advantage
-Outstanding follow-up and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail;
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
