-You will be assisting the Customer Service Team with the following duties:
-Represent the brand to deal with customers
-Handle various inquiries and complaints from customers
-Process customer orders and shipments when needed
-Maintain high quality service level, cater to customer needs and requests
-Handle difficult customers with manner and efficiency
-Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments on various problems and come up with the best solution
The Successful Applicant
*At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services industry, retail industry or call centre operations
*Degree Holder will be an advantage
*Sound knowledge of Inbound and Outbound call services
*Solid experience in customer service & satisfaction, loyalty & retention, customer data management
*Pleasant, creative and positive mindset
*Tactful communication & problem-solving skill
*High level of self-motivation and target-orientation
