About Our Client

The role will require you to be an ambassador of the company through the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be required to provide back end customer service and handle quotes and order processing in a busy and driven environment. Furthermore, you will be expected to achieve targets for monthly, quarterly and annual budgets with regards to sales. You will also need to be able to cross sell and up sell products and be able to accurately update customer information in a database. You will work closely with the sales team and be able to provide leads to help generate business.
The Successful Applicant
Our client desires a candidate with a history of success as a Customer Service Executive. They are searching for someone who can show how they have built relationships in business and have capitalised on them. They seek an open and confident individual who has a positive can-do attitude who will add value to the business by being thorough and passionate about the role they are performing.
*At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services industry, retail industry or call centre operations
*Degree Holder will be an advantage
*Previous experience in Shipping and/or Logistics is an advantage
*Knowledge of Epicor and/or Microsoft Dynamics systems is an advantage
*Sound knowledge of Inbound and Outbound call services
*Experience in purchase orders and liaising with companies on quotes
*Solid experience in customer service & satisfaction, loyalty & retention, customer data management
*Pleasant, creative and positive mindset
*Tactful communication & problem-solving skills
*High level of self-motivation and target-orientation
