About Our Client
Our client is a well established global name in the manufacturing industry. They specialise in the chemical field and have been established for a number of decades. They are now looking to expand their presence in the South East Asian region.
Excellent opportunity to join a customer service team with regional exposure to ensure quality of customer service and management of the order to cash process.
-You will be assisting the Customer Service Team with the following duties:
-Responsible and accountable for the resolution of order-to-cash process
-Process customer orders and monitors payments
-Maintain high quality service level, cater to customer needs and requests
-Handle difficult customers with manner and efficiency
-Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments on various problems and come up with the best solution
The Successful Applicant
*At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services industry, or call centre operations
*Degree Holder will be an advantage
*Knowledge of shipping and logistics would be an advantage
*Solid experience in customer service & satisfaction, loyalty & retention, customer data management
*Pleasant, creative and positive mindset
*Tagalog speaking is a must as you must be able to liaise with customers and clients in the Philippines.
*High level of self-motivation and target-orientation
