About Our Client
Our Client is a US well-known consulting firm with different branch offices across the worldwide. They have a turnover of over 5 Billion USD and are progressively gaining more market share. They are known to be at the top of their industry and are considered an extremely prestigious firm to be a part of. They are now recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team.
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will work in an In-house MNC environment and provide IT support for different levels of users - from office staff to VVIP ( CEO, Directors and Partners ) for hardware and software problems in a daily basis.
Other than this, you will also cover remote IT Support for users in global offices ( Singapore, KL, Jakarta and Bangkok) to solve the L1&L2 issues, drive and involve the System roll-out projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in computer science/engineering or a related field from a reputable education institution
- 3 years of experience in desktop support with an MNC in the business services industry
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
