About Our Client
Our client is an expanding Digital Technology company , prominent in the APAC Region, who specializes in online sales and marketing. As they are taking their operations further, they are looking to expand globally and are thus increasing their head count for the Singapore Office. They seek, experienced and successful candidates for the role to fit into their dynamic culture.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide Executive support to a team of Directors within the APAC region.You will manage the Office and all administrative functions for the company to ensure operational effectiveness, focusing on Internal HR matters and payroll functions
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ Years experience in Executive Assistant/ Office Manger roles
- Credible and successful experience in an MNC
- Strong written and spoken English for liaising with international clients
- Experience managing all office administrative functions
- Qualifications in Business Management / Accountancy will be an advantage.
