Our client is a very large market leader in Singapore's F&B industry and is always at the forefront of trying to find new and innovative ways of managing and attracting Human Capital.
- High volume recruitment across multiple business units
- Managing two Senior HR Executives to run full-cycle recruitment
- Developing new ways of understanding retention strategies
- Implementing the new strategies across the group
- Liaise with Senior Stakeholders in the business as the Human Capital expert for the business
The Successful Applicant
- 6-8 years of HR Experience
- A strong understanding of high volume recruitment in F&B
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to speak mandarin is a distinct advantage as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
