About Our Client

This position will be tasked with covering a number of responsibilities from manpower planning, recruitment and appointments, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development,. As the successful applicant you will be expected to partner with senior stakeholders around the business to understand and facilitate the manpower requirements of the company.
You will be expected to maintain a good pulse on the ground through regular dialogues with the Business Units and play an active role in shaping the culture. You will also be tasked with implementing HR policies and procedures to facilitate the growth of the company.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 year's related experience
- Possess a flair for people engagement
- Keen learner and in tune with HR practices and local employment laws
- Self-driven and proactive
- Strong in multi-tasking and resourceful
