About Our Client
Our client is considered to be a high end brand within the retail fashion industry in Singapore. With presences across South East Asia, their Singapore office is currently looking to expand its representative office as well as their retail stores.
As the Junior Office Administrator you will be working closely with the office manager of the office and assisting with all general office affairs. You will be expected to screen the calls coming in, attend to guests, order pantry supplies, coordinate all the meeting rooms, setting up of internal meetings and some ad hoc travel coordination will be expected for some of the members of the senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Receptionist experience is preferred
- Travel coordination experience is expected
- IT savvy
- Retail luxury exposure will be an advantage
- Team player
- Fast paced
