About Our Client
The company is an internationally listed company that is a global leader in the field of chemical solutions manufacturing. The firm services clients from different industries across consumer goods and health-care, oil & gas, electronics and etc.
As the Learning & Development Executive, you will be responsible for the staff's development plans throughout their employee life cycles with the company. This will begin with identifying the development needs of the staff, keeping in mind the different stages and levels of the respective employees and how to support them moving forward. You will need to understand the company thoroughly and design learning initiatives for the employees in order to develop them in ways that are aligned to the overall business strategies. You should be able to come up with clear learning road-maps and KPIs which are measurable and track-able. This role will require you to work with different team leaders and line managers and instil within them the right mindset of the importance of the various L&D initiatives that you will be implementing. In addition, you will need to liaise with different training vendors to support you in your development plans for the company and identify potential internal trainers.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
* Min 2 years of experience in Organisational Development/Learning & Development a must
* Great interpersonal and presentation skills
* Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Able to communicate well with various stakeholders in an international setting
* Enjoys working and communicating with different stakeholders
* Takes initiative and able to demonstrate hands-on execution
