About Our Client
Our client is a well established MNC in the Oil & Gas industry. They have an expanding presence in the South - East Asia region and their regional headquarters is located in Singapore.
As Office Administrator you will supporting a small office of about 20 people where you will be in charge of all general office administration, facilities management, secretarial needs, T&E, travel coordinations for the team and additional ad hoc duties will apply.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- MNC exposure
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with the counterparts in China
- Strong team player
- Prior experience in travel arrangements
