About Our Client
Our client is a well known brand name within the technology start up market. They have a global presence and are starting to experience a rapid growth within Asia and Singapore. As a result, they are looking to grow it's local operations and therefore need strong support in both office management and HR in order to ensure there is an overall holistic growth of the Singapore office.
As the Office and HR executive, you will be responsible in supporting the entire office in all administrative matters such as pantry supplies, screening of calls, facilities management and ad hoc travel coordination for the team. In addition, you will be supporting from the HR side and should have exposure in payroll, hiring, performance management, compensation and coaching managers within the business. Ideally, you should be well versed in both office management and HR matters and have experience comfortably doing a dual role.
The Successful Applicant
- 4-6 years relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment is preferred
- Experience in payroll and compensation is a must
- Person must have experience in managing a mid sized firm
- Office set up experience will be an advantage
- IT Savvy
- Facilities management is a must
- On-boarding of new staff
- Strong team player
- Business acumen
