About Our Client
Our client is an exciting up and coming firm that is rapidly growing and expanding in Asia Pacific. The company specialises in online gaming solutions and applications development and will be having establishing its Shared Services office in Singapore. Backed up by robust financial capabilities and experienced senior management, the company is poised for exponential growth within the coming year and are partnering with us to search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's recruitment activities.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the key personnel responsible for the Talent Acquisition initiatives of the company. Working closely with the business heads locally and across the region, you will help to source, identify and select the most suitable candidates from the market and assess them against a prescribed set of criteria established by the line managers and yourself. You should ensure compliance of recruitment policies and processes are in line with the respective country's rules and regulations. In addition, you will be collaborating with external agencies and be the primary point of contact for all matters regarding recruitment.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the technology industry
* Excellent speaking and writing and interpersonal skills
* Able to influence and work with senior management
* Proactive, driven and switched on
* Thrives in dynamic, fast paced, growing environment
* Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in the region
