About Our Client
Our client, an established University, is looking for an Event Assistant Manager to co-ordinate their programmes and activities.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Event Management, you will be assisting in the planning and management of activities of the University. You will be organizing events, preparing Newsletters and Magazines and participating to any projects related to the activities of the Universities.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a event co-odination, administrative or marketing role. Your command of both English and Mandarin should be very strong as documents will be in both languages. You posses excellent soft skills and team spirit.
