Job Description

The role will primarily be based around leading our business in a particular market segment. Once you are familiar with the fundamentals of the business and start achieving success, you will have the mandate to run your own business with a high degree of flexibility yet a good corporate support structure.

Developing, maintaining and utilizing client relationships will be a key success factor, as will be identifying opportunities within the market and acting upon them at the right time. As you grow within the business, your ability to lead and manage people will be critical to your growth and success.

The role will require both a qualitative and transactional ability, and will need the individual to take initiative at all times.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an individual with 2 - 5 years work experience, and someone who has a track record of success and progression in their career. Experience in leading a small to medium sized business unit will be a certain advantage, but we are also open to individuals with other meaningful leadership stints. We want to see where you have challenged yourself, and if you are really the best in your area of interest. We also want to evaluate whether you have the passion and resilience to build and drive a dynamic business.

Communication ability is key and we want individuals who are able to build trust and credibility with their audience in a short time, and also drive business objectives in these interactions. Ability to speak multiple languages, and international experience will be an added benefit.

You must be an individual with hunger to succeed, ability to work in a team yet strive for individual excellence and possess commercial acumen.
