About Our Client
Our client is a very reputed SGX listed company leader in its field. We are looking to hire a customer services professional or key account manager to handle a dual role.

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be acting as liaison for the client and provide problem management. You will be proactive in the identification of processing efficiencies, service change support and system enhancement support. You will coordinate internal resources to accomplish the company and client objectives, and ensure processing system performance standards are met and that the client perspective is represented within the organization. Also, you will be in charge of market intelligence and maintain a working knowledge of Client and Company’s products and services.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally you possess a Degree in Business and at least 5 years of experience in either a key account management or customer services role. You have excellent organizational skills and customer facing ability. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
