Job Description

Our client is currently on the search for top notch professional legal secretaries who are keen and committed to join them in the growth of the firm. Set in a global working environment, the potential candidate will need to be comfortable in working in a dynamic, fast moving environment and display positive learning attitude.

The potential candidate will provide legal secretarial support to a team of lawyers in the aspects of legal filing and documentation, calendar management, invoicing and billing, and other ad-hoc administrative matters.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should display the following characteristics and skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Comes from a stable background of established legal firms
  • Excellent in communication and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point
  • Experience with audio transcribing preferred
  • Singaporean / PR only
