The Account Executive is responsible for managing a full set of accounts and ensuring accurate financial records. The position is in the technology and telecoms industry and seeks individuals with hands-on experience in managing GL/full-set accounts and handling month-end closing processes

Job Description

  • Manage a full set of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Comply with standard accounting rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to validate financial transactions
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • A diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, worked with excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Ability to manage full set accounts.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
