We are looking for an Accountant to join our client's finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You'll be involved in the entire financial cycle, from month-end close to collaborating with business leaders.

Job Description

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
  • Deliver reports to management and maintain consistent balance sheet overview schedule
  • Manage Capital Expenditure, calculating key financial rations to support strategic decision-making
  • Responsible for cash-flow planning, corporate tax calculations, and budget and forecast preparation
  • Responsible for EDB filings
  • Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies
  • Manage internal and external audits, supporting compliance with SOX requirements
  • Provide valuable financial insights and supporting cost and inventory management initiatives
  • Contribute to annual stocktake and other ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience, and familiar in financial reporting and tax
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical, communication and time management skills
