Job Description
- Ensure charter hire remittances are accurate and made timely
- Ensure that expenses are billed accurately
- Perform monthly analysis of owners' accounts and recovery account
- Ensure accuracy in accountability of all liabilities, expenses and payments
- Resolve disputes effectively and professionally
- Follow up closely on payments
- Timely finalization of owners' accounts
- Comply with internal processes, procedures, instructions and deadlines
- Involved in auditing process
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or relevant field; or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Detailed and meticulous individual
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
