Our Client, a global company in the sustainable oil & gas n industry is looking for a Administrative Assistant to support their HR Director in calendaring management and general administrative duties.
- Prepare business expenses reports.
- Organise filing system for company documents.
- Update office policies whenever required.
- Supporting manager in calendaring management.
- Assisting in booking meeting rooms for Director whenever required.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Administrative duties and supporting HR admin duties.
- Able to start work within a short notice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in G-Suites (eg; Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Meets)
