Our Client, a global company in the sustainable oil & gas n industry is looking for a Administrative Assistant to support their HR Director in calendaring management and general administrative duties.

Job Description

  • Prepare business expenses reports.
  • Organise filing system for company documents.
  • Update office policies whenever required.
  • Supporting manager in calendaring management.
  • Assisting in booking meeting rooms for Director whenever required.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Administrative duties and supporting HR admin duties.
  • Able to start work within a short notice.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suites (eg; Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Meets)
