A leading global financial institution renowned for its expertise in investment banking, securities, and asset management.

Job Description

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to leaders and team.
  • Share responsibilities with team members handling phone-related tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule complex meetings, as well as phone and video conference calls.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls; handle call placement, screening, and routing.
  • Take detailed and accurate messages.
  • Maintain and organize busy calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and manage related logistics.
  • Arrange travel bookings and process expense reports promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including time entry, copying, scanning, archiving, and other ad hoc assignments as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of relevant secretarial and administrative experience in the financial services industries.
  • Possesses strong business accumens, organisation and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional attitude.
  • A strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom
