Reporting to the Sales Director, you are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer support by managing maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply across the APAC region. This role combines technical expertise (mainly through distributors) and logistics coordination to deliver efficient solutions that uphold operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

Headquartered in the United States, my client designs and manufactures industry-leading airport firefighting and snow removal vehicles, trusted worldwide for its superior performance and reliability. These heavy vehicles are engineered with advanced technologies to ensure safety, efficiency, and rapid response in critical aviation/military and defence operations.

Job Description

  • Facilitate sales and service processes with distributors across the APAC region; focusing on parts sales, tender , and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and prioritise timely deliveries, addressing delivery issues and collaborating with factories, suppliers, and forwarders.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including accurate receipt, processing, and preparation of shipping documents while optimising freight costs.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory, perform quality checks, and handle manual logistics tasks such as loading, unloading, and stocking materials.
  • Conduct audits, compliance checks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 3 years of B2B Aftersales and Logistics Operations experiences
  • Comfortable with occasional calls/meetings with the US Headquarters to ensure smooth deliverables of processes shipment delivery etc
  • Experience and background knowledge in Aftersales support/spare part sales in Heavy Equipment, Automotive, and Defence/Aerospace sectors is a plus
