Talent attraction and recruitment support for retail and corporate office
Full employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
Planning and executing training plans with different Business Units Managers
Design compensation and benefits packages
Improve work system and processes to maximise work efficiency relating to HR
Maintain employee database and personnel files
Responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives
Support work culture, internal communications and implementation of talent management initiatives
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
Prior experience in retail/F&B would be an added advantage as you will have a strong understanding of the operation.
Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
Team player yet able to work independently
Ability to multi-task
