Job Description

  • Assist in financial reporting in line with organizational accounting policies, procedures, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Prepare monthly journals and management accounts, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Document treasury transactions, such as loan drawdowns and covenant monitoring.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data integrity for financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, including group submissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on operational matters, including tax, treasury, and operations.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Assist in annual budget and forecasting processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in accounting and reporting.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a relevant degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ CA
  • Initial years from a Big four and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in GL/Accounting
  • Experience in Shared Services or COE will be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana or other similar ERP systems
