Our client is a well-known brand within the luxury retail industry. They are especially proud of their shoe-making as well high-end quality which leads the trends globally. As they improve their business operations in Singapore, they are looking for a suitable candidate to join and lead the team of retail sales staffs at one of their strategic location.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Reporting to the Area Manager of the brand

- Leading a team of 4-6 members in achieving sales and service excellence

- Heading the day to day operations

- Ensuring VM guidelines are met

- Resolving issues and potential conflicts

- Participating in clientele strategies and training

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate must have:

- at least 3 years of store management experience in retail in order to understand the product knowledge

- passionate for luxury and clienteling

- able to work on retail shift hours
