Job Description

  • Responsible for providing quality and consistency of client services corresponding to boutique standards of image and services - identifying clients' needs, developing client relationships and delivering post-sale services
  • Achieving monthly sales and key performance indicators objectives
  • Maintain boutique store environment and visual merchandising in prime condition that best represent the brand
  • Adhering to company operating procedures, compliance policy and systems
  • Professional, good team work, discipline and mutual respect in order to contribute to smooth daily operations of the boutique

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 2 years on sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be results driven and flexible to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
