About Our Client

Our client is a leading name in the Co-living space with a well- branding in the region. They had strong success in the local market and received overwhelming response from the market demand. Moving forward, they are looking to on-board a BD Manager, i.e. Manager of Supply to expand their network and business partnership with hotel groups and serviced residences.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

- Reporting to the GM on the market expansion plan

- Following up on important leads from the business to pursue partnership

- Increasing the supply of rooms and accommodations through signing contracts with providers

- Negotiating contracts and agreement for long term supply

- Exploring new business model and new source of supply

- Reaching out to potential accommodation owners to build pipeline

- Working with the demand side of the business to evaluate sell-though rate

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate must have

- at least 3 years of strong network and experience in the hospitality industry to know the industry context

- passionate for a sales or BD role
