Reporting to the APAC Vice President, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with various channel partners to drive product sales and market expansion. You will develop and oversee channel strategies, provide training and support, and ensure alignment between my client's objectives and partner performance across key regions.

Job Description

  • Channel Development & Management - Establish, nurture, and optimise relationships with distributors, local salespeople, and partners across Southeast Asia and beyond to expand market reach.
  • Strategic Planning - Develop and implement channel strategies, including setting sales targets, managing pricing, and ensuring alignment with regional business goals in collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Support - Track partner and local sales performance, provide training, and offer sales support to ensure all teams are equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products.
  • Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification - Work closely with local salespeople to identify new business opportunities, assess potential markets, and lead initiatives to introduce products in emerging regions outside of SEA.



The Successful Applicant

  • Comfortable with an individual contributor, including regional travel of about 50% of the time across SEA markets as a focus region
  • About 6 years of B2B work experience in Channel Sales development and management
  • Strong contact network in the Process Instruments, Test & Measurement, HVAC sectors is a plus to understand and breakdown the technical jargons to relevant stakeholders across the industries
