Based in Singapore, you will manage existing distributors and channel partners in the compressed air solutions industry here in the local market. You are responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies, serving as the liaison between my client and distributors, ensuring strategic alignment and addressing challenges related to sales, service, and operations.

Job Description



  1. Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for compressed air solutions in Singapore, focusing on expanding the channel network.


  2. Partner Development: Identify and establish new channel partners to drive growth in the market.


  3. Market Analysis: Conduct business analysis, including SWOT, to assess competition, market trends, and customer feedback.


  4. Sales Achievement: Build strong relationships with distributors and customers to meet sales targets and drive order generation.


  5. Support & Reporting: Provide technical support, training, and after-sales service while reporting channel activities, attending events, and collaborating with internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 4 years of B2B Channel Sales Management in the relevant sectors
  • Experience in managing the challenges of channel sales with industrial products - air compressors, etc
  • Comfortable with a local market portfolio
