Job Description

  • Formulate and implement a thorough client service strategy tailored to the Asia region, aligned with the company's broader business objectives
  • Evaluate client feedback and current processes to highlight improvement areas, crafting and executing action plans with appropriate resource allocation
  • Establish and endorse targets for Asia's client service functions, ensuring their attainment
  • Efficiently oversee the client service team to uphold exceptional service standards
  • Furnish regular reports on client service performance to senior management, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to pertinent regulations and standards



The Successful Applicant

  • About 5 years of experience servicing clients, including covering a regional portfolio
  • Comfortable with an Industrial and Manufacturing environment - to understand implement the respective key client base and service strategies
  • Experienced in project management and developing strategic initiatives to highlight crucial pointers for client servicing initiatives and to boost client satisfaction across regional markets
