About Our Client

Manage customer service process and service level
Tracking of goods movement on a daily basis and responding to customer's enquiries
Orders optimisation and management
Co-ordinate import/export shipping documents and goods to ensure deliveries arrive on time and at the right location
Weekly demand plan/ Monthly medium term plan
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years of relevant work experience or in a similar capacity
Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Excel as you will be dealing with numbers on these two system on a daily basis
Prior experience working in FMCG firm would be an added advantage as you will have a strong understanding of the operations.
Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities
Team player yet able to work independently
