The CyberArk Engineer will design, implement, and maintain privileged asset management solutions by configuring, testing, training, and documenting CyberArk solutions in partnership with product managers and other users. This role involves conducting user research, managing workshops, refining requirements, and supporting UAT, change management, and post-launch support to deliver secure, efficient authorisation systems aligned with business goals.

Job Description

  • Design and launch sustainable CyberArk PAM solutions and maintain the product knowledge through documentation
  • Configure, test, train & document Cyberark delivered solution with the PAM product Manager
  • Build CPM & PSM components and support PTA management
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and users to identify the best experience that meets user, business and technical needs
  • Work with users to identify and refine R&A requirements, lead workshops and support solution adjustments to fit the IM&T landscape
  • Anticipate & suggest organisational/process/data evolutions to increase authorisations efficiency, propose relevant system upgrades & adaptations
  • Support estimation & assessment effort for new or improvement of R&A setup & configuration
  • Conduct necessary analysis with key users to deliver high-level specifications of authorisations
  • Provide detailed solution specifications and/or prototype, and ensure validation of definitions and objectives
  • Configure or Collaborate with the developer to design the authorisation assets of the product, when applicable
  • Drive necessary workshops or calls with users to translate user needs into authorisation features
  • Support and advise development team during solution development when applicable
  • Support Product Owner in the backlog definition and refinement (acceptance criteria definition)
  • Contribute to the quality of delivered solution through test preparation and testing
  • Ensure consistency of roles and authorisations product elements in respect of SoD rules
  • Help Change lead to build & Run test scenario, organisational procedures, and user guide when applicable.
  • Prepare, run/support User Acceptance Tests
  • Organize, prepare, run/support user training when required with Change leads
  • Organize user training, cutover, and go-live activities, with ongoing user support and risk analysis.
  • Support users after implementation, follow-up Change Requests with Application Support Group
  • Responsible for handover to operations (HOTO) and Support team (with APS, AMC mostly)
  • Document IAM product updates and recommend design improvements for a seamless user experience.
  • Map roles to business processes and provide Level 3 support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, business, design school or a related field
  • CyberArk/PAM certification is required
  • At least 5 years in role management in international organisation
  • Proven experience in implementing CyberArk/PAM new authorisation and roll outs
  • Experience in facilitation, conducting user interviews, user workshops animation, prototyping and user tests organisation
  • Cybersecurity understanding & awareness
  • ITIL Certified is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
