Job Description

Job responsibilites as follows:

Demand Planning

  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to create and maintain precise demand forecasts for affiliates and distributors.
  • Utilize SAP and O9 systems to generate and manage forecasts, ensuring they are in line with business goals and market trends.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Lead or participate in meetings related to Affiliate/Regional IBP, contributing to the development of strong demand plans that align with supply chain operations.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned brand/distributor, fostering strong relationships to enhance collaboration and effectively meet customer demands.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze metrics related to demand planning, identifying patterns and providing insights to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance demand planning processes, systems, and tools, aiming to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure demand plans are aligned with business strategies and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management role.
  • Proficiency in O9 and/or other demand planning software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
