A global company in FMCG industry is looking to hire a seasoned executive assistant on a contractual basis with chance of renewal to support their business leader in admin/secretarial matters.

Job Description

  • Provide secretarial support to the business leader and team
  • Manage calendars
  • Schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings
  • Process claims and invoices
  • Plan and execute events
  • Prepare presentation decks
  • Generate reports
  • Support on and off boarding
  • Assist in office admin
  • Support ad hoc admin tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Secretarial working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Working experience in concur is a plus
  • Technologically savvy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and organised to provide job excellence
  • Fast learner
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Team player yet able to work independently
  • Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to deliver under pressure and within deadline
