About Our Client
An international and leading company within financial service industry, is looking to hire a Facilities and admin manager on a contract basis.
Job Description
- Maintain and ensure the upkeep of facilities
- Manage external stakeholders such as contractors, IT, cleaning and facilities vendors
- Ensure compliance to government and company safety regulations
- Assist in facilities / office related projects such as office move/renovation
- Ensure office equipment are in good order and supplies are well stocked
- Ensure compliance to government and company regulations
- Monitor and report department expenses for budgeting
- Liaise with vendors for contract/rate negotiation
- Process invoices
- Support general admin activities

- Minimum diploma qualification
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous and organised mindset
- Team player yet able to work independently
- Able to manage several projects concurrently
- Able to work under pressure and deliver in a fast paced environment
- Available to start work within a short notice
