About Our Client

An international and leading company within financial service industry, is looking to hire a Facilities and admin manager on a contract basis.

Job Description

  • Maintain and ensure the upkeep of facilities
  • Manage external stakeholders such as contractors, IT, cleaning and facilities vendors
  • Ensure compliance to government and company safety regulations
  • Assist in facilities / office related projects such as office move/renovation
  • Ensure office equipment are in good order and supplies are well stocked
  • Ensure compliance to government and company regulations
  • Monitor and report department expenses for budgeting
  • Liaise with vendors for contract/rate negotiation
  • Process invoices
  • Support general admin activities

  • Minimum diploma qualification
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Meticulous and organised mindset
  • Team player yet able to work independently
  • Able to manage several projects concurrently
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Available to start work within a short notice
