About Our Client
My client is a well-known and fast-paced consumer goods company from the U.S. They are expanding rapidly with solid and on-going plans in the region.
This is a Facilities coordinator role supporting Singapore and a few new APAC offices, including the greater China market. You will work hand in hand with other Admin personnel in the office and report to the HR head. Your main responsibilities is to make sure that the local office facilities and safety related coordination are well taken care of as well as helping and potentially travel with the management group to the regional offices for new office set ups in the beginning stage.
You will have the potential to grow into a bigger role and we are now looking at junior/mid-level Office Administrator and Facilities Coordinator profiles to take up this challenge.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a passionate and curious individual who is eager to contribute and grow with the company. You should be able to travel to the regional cities from time to time for business trips and adaptable with a fast-moving culture.
You should be able to converse in Mandarin too for greater China region's businesses and coordination.
