My client is a global FMCG company that produces and distributes a wide range of beverages. They are known for their focus on quality and innovation, with a strong presence in many markets.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Manage cash flow, forecast liquidity needs, and optimize working capital
  • Lead the end-to-end ERP migration project, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the benefits of the new system
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, leveraging data analytics and automation tools
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive overall business performance
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance with proven expertise in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics accounting systems, advanced Excel and data analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Strong expertise in R2R processes, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP migration projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management, and organisational skills with a focus on detail and delivering results
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
