About Our Client
Our client, a multinational business in the logistics industry, is looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a contractual basis to support HR functions.
- Manage all full range of HR functions such as talent acquisition, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, etc.
- Provide HR advisory support to internal stakeholders
- Handle local and overseas payroll; work closely with vendors to manage payroll outside of Singapore
- Drive and facilitate HR projects and operations
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Team player yet able to work independently
- High attention to details
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to manage several projects concurrently
- Prior shipping and logistics industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of US or UK labour legislation is plus
- Available to start work within a short notice
