You will be in charge of establishing manpower needs and developing recruitment plans to meet recruitment needs.
You will also be responsible for coaching and provide guidance to stakeholders in people and performance management as well as providing mentor ship to junior team members.
You will also prepare monthly manpower reports an continuous review of processes to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in HR or any related field
5 years of experience in a HR role
IT savvy and proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
Team player and excellent communication skills
