Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture strategy for the organization that aligns with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Design, implement and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that support the company's application and data needs.
  • Collaborate with the various business stakeholders, including C-suite management, business leaders, and external vendors, to ensure industry-standard solutions.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide application systems, ensuring the integration of various components.
  • Define and enforce best practices, standards, and architectural principles. e.g. ISO, NIST
  • Assess and recommend emerging technologies and architectural approaches for potential adoption.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams in the design and development of infrastructural and application components.
  • Manage the risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and technical workshops.
  • Oversee and guide the development of documentation for IT architectural plans and roadmaps.
  • Act as a mentor to the engineers and operations team.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud computing, enterprise architecture frameworks, database systems, and software development.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization technologies, and security protocols.
