Job Description
Perform general office duties such as welcoming guests and serving refreshment to VIP guests.
Provide secretarial support such as manage meeting rooms and appointment schedules.
Process claims/ invoices
Ensure proper document filing
Purchasing and overseeing pantry supplies and office equipment
Ensure high level of customer services over the phone and in person
Screening of incoming calls
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred
Meticulous and organized
Ability to multi-task
Solid stakeholder management
Team player yet able to work independently
Credible and reliable individual
