About Our Client

Our client is a U.S. MNC in retail and FMCG. They are well-known for the prdct quality, fun and innovation, their brand is well recognised world wide. As they continue to expand their existing ecommerce presence, the team is looking for a Key Account Manager in the space of Ecommerce.

Job Description

You will report to the Sales Lead, and your responsibilities include:

- Working with external ecommerce partners such as Lazada, shopee to manage product mix and sales

- Planning and executing promotion and marketing campaigns to be aligned with various ecommerce platform

- Ensuring smooth operations and logistics with different ecommerce trade partners

- Collaborating with internal product team to understand the consumer insights and trends

- Conducting profit and loss analysis and reporting upwards

- Strategising and forecasting of sales figures and performances on various platforms

- Driving and initiating new ecommerce project

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates must have

- at least 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce business in order to understand the business context

- passionate for ecommerce and FMCG business
