About Our Client
Our client is a leading agency with strong presence around the globe with operations in 37 countries. They are currently expanding their team in Singapore.
Job Description
- Responsible for reception duties, answering of calls, and courier services
- Administrative support including filing, expense management and etc
- Coordinate and assist in on-boarding for new joiners
- Provide assistance in conference and video calls set-up and room bookings
- Secretarial support to Director as and when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of relevant office administration experience
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Tools
- Solid stakeholders management skills
- Prior experience working in a MNC would be an added advantage
