About Our Client
A well-established Chinese investment management company famed for the long and strong long-term track records of its funds.
Ensure smooth operation in office
Liaison with suppliers & vendors
Oversee management of office supplies; proactively keep supplies fully stocked and anticipate changing needs of the office
Work with administrative team to oversee catering setups and logistics for office meetings and special events, client meetings, team bonding, etc.
Provide backup for administrative team members as needed
Handle email correspondence, complaints and inquiries
Keep health and safety policies up to date
Maintenance of company database
The Successful Applicant
Strong command in English and Chinese as basic translation could be required from time to time - HQ in China
Experience in new office setup would be a plus
At least 3 years of experience in office management and maintenance - preferably in Financial Services
Capability in liaising and negotiation with vendors
Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
