About Our Client

Our client is a leading international law firm with fairly new presence in Singapore. Currently have their new office which is newly set up and they have a lean team of Partners based here. Currently they need an Office Manager and Legal Secretary to help them with a variety of duties.

Job Description

  • Calendar management to senior Partners
  • Travel bookings and coordination
  • TE & Claims management for all
  • Documentation
  • Proof reading of documents
  • Printing and filing
  • Courier management
  • Screening of incoming calls
  • Facilities management
  • Ensure safe entry and QR codes are up to date and temperature checks are recorded accordingly

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of legal support experience as it is required in the role
  • Law firm experience is preferred as you will understand all the legal terminologies and lingo for documentation
  • Documentation experience
  • Proof reading of legal documents and amendments experience
  • Calendar management experience
  • Office management experience will be an advantage as this is 50% of the role
  • Partner level support is ad advantage
  • Proficient use of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint as this is used on a daily basis in the role
