About Our Client
Our client is a global medical technology company with offices across South East Asia and is opening up a regional office in Singapore.
As an Office Manager, you will be helping to set up the new office by liaising with all vendors for contract negotiation, facilities set up as well as the day to day maintenance of this new office. You are expected to be a highly agile, hands-on and pro-active individual who fits into a small and fast-growing culture team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a meticulous and eager to learn individual with a few years' of administration experience to take up the challenge and grow together with the new Singapore team. You should be excellent in time management and multi-tasking.
We are looking for an individual with new set up experience.
It is good to have a bechelor degree in relation to the industry and the role to understand the technical aspects of the job.
You must be able to converse Mandarin fluently as you will liaise with my client's current Shanghai headquarter as well as Chinese counterparts.
